Valais Raclette AOC with the Val d'Hérens label is a full-fat, semi-hard cheese made from raw cow's milk. The rich flora of the alpine regions and the traditional production process have a decisive influence on the typical, full-bodied taste of this raclette cheese. 

The tomme
The artisanal tomme is a semi-hard cheese made from whole raw milk from cows raised in the Val d'Hérens, whose way of life can be observed during visits to the farm or walks in the pastures during the summer season. 

The serac
Serac, a by-product of cheese making, is made from whey and is distinguished by its creamy, fresh appearance. Rich in proteins and low in fat, it can be enjoyed on any occasion. If these products are the best known, they are by far not the only ones.
