Located on the picturesque central street of Evolène, "La Paix" and "La Grange" offer you a wide range of dishes that will delight the most demanding palates. The menu gives pride of place to meats on Evolène soapstone (slate).

Whether it is tournedos, beef steak or duck breast, you can enjoy a tasty and refined meat cooked on this famous local stone. "La Paix" and "La Grange" also offer you a regional and local cuisine with potatoes gratinated with tomme des Haudères, mayen or shepherd's macaroni (with bacon), Hérens stew and polenta in four variations: with alpine cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes and bacon.

Always in search of an innovative idea, a composition of dishes, a menu likely to please his customers, Henri Georges, a chef who has been cooking for almost 40 years, is passionate about his profession. At each service he likes to meet his customers, always concerned about their well-being.
