Discover all the facets of this unique breed of cattle, from its characteristics to the production of cheese, its role in the mountain pastures and the protection of the biodiversity-rich landscape, and the typical flora of our region.
09.15 am: Arrival in Evolène by public transport
09:30 : Meeting point at the Tourist Office to walk to the hamlet of Lannaz accompanied by a guide
10.15 am : Arrival by car to the Lannaz car park
10:30 am : Take the chairlift from Lannaz to Chemeuille
11am: Visit of the alpine dairy and the alpine pastures
12am: Brunch at the Chemeuille restaurant (with cheese and alpine cheese tasting)
2pm: Walk down to Lannaz and discovery of the educational trail on pastoral life with an immersive experience with the guide
15h-17h: Tasting of raclettes at the Petite Auberge de Lannaz (restaurant)
