Les Haudères PDO Valais Raclette, Tomme des Haudères and Tomme Evolénarde, and cheese butter are served at the Haudères dairy. You will find the leading processed dairy products produced in the traditional way.
The shop is open every day from 9 to 12 am and from 4 to 6.30 pm.
The prize for the best Valais PDO raclette cheese was awarded to the Laiterie des Haudères at the Swiss Cheese Award 2022.
