What if the Val d’Hérens became a musical instrument?
The Alpine Resonances project invites you to experience a unique sensory and immersive journey in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

Through an exhibition and a participatory sound performance, the research-creation project Sonorous Envelope (SonorE) explores the connections between the vibrations of places, everyday sounds, and the “intimate geographies” of the people living in and visiting the Evolène Valley.

Close your eyes and let yourself be carried away by the echoes of the carnival, the sounds of local patois, and the powerful resonance of alpine horns. An invitation to discover the valley through listening and emotion.

The event also features a series of artworks by French artist Camille Llobet, created in collaboration with residents of Evolène.
