Creative and intuitive expression

The powerful feeling of gratitude helps to make us happier and more positive in facing life's challenges. The workshop "Cultivating Gratitude" invites you to revisit your expectations, your need for detachment and constant wonder. A gentle and colorful awareness.

Based on artistic/art therapy techniques and the Creative Journal® concept, each workshop is designed as a journey to the land of brushes, inks and papers. Objective: to focus on oneself and experience a privileged moment of personal expression. 
No skills (writing, drawing, collage) are required for this exploration through creations orchestrated according to various themes in the cocoon of the Pierres de Gué workshop.
On the theme "Multiple facets in mirror", I invite you to create an "accordion" notebook, the "Concertina Sketchbook" (in good French!), to open a book of your life, where each page testifies to what we live, what we are, what we want, dream, love. Because we are not only "one" but "many". Did you still doubt it?

Price: CHF 120 for this 4-hour workshop. Materials included, including your own watercolor accordion paper (300g/m2).
