Location and Description:

400 m² on two floors in Marthemod-La Bousille, between Volovron and Lannaz, one of the oldest inhabited areas at the entrance to Evolène.
South-facing with views of Tsa de l’Ano, Dent Blanche, the Veisivi peaks, and the Aiguille de la Tsa.
Quiet with no nearby neighbors.

Walking distances: 6 minutes to the postal bus stop, 10 minutes to Evolène village via sidewalk, 2 minutes to equipped climbing walls, 20 minutes by car to Sion.

Flat garden of approx. 500 m² equipped with 20 seats (tables/chairs/parasols), barbecue, and camping possible.
Parking for about 15 cars.

Upper floor: 3 dorm rooms (4, 4, and 8 beds in bunk style), extra beds available; shared bathroom with 1 WC and 4 showers; spacious entrance with garden access.

Lower floor: Kitchen with 2 ceramic cooktops, 4 sinks, large fridge + freezer, washing machine; dining room for 50 people with sturdy furniture and lounge area with 12-seat sofa, modular stage for shows (theatre, dance, music, karaoke, etc.) and sleeping area with 2 single beds; large entrance with 2 WCs and a covered vestibule.

Rates

High Season (July–August, Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter) – minimum 1 week rental

Flat rate for dining room, kitchen, toilets, parking, garden: CHF 400.-

Cleaning fee: CHF 350.-

Bed linen cleaning: 15 CHF per person

Overnight stays:

 15–19 people: CHF 20 + 3 (taxes) = CHF 23 per person/night incl. taxes (children’s tax = CHF 1.50)

 10–14 people: CHF 25 + 3 (taxes) = CHF 28 per person/night incl. taxes (children’s tax = CHF 1.50)

 Up to 10 people: flat rate CHF 1700 per week

Low Season – weekend rental (family gatherings, birthdays, baptisms, etc.)

Friday evening to Sunday: CHF 800 + Tourist tax

Saturday to Sunday: CHF 400 + Tourist tax
