Opened in 1905 under the name Pension du Lac Bleu, the hotel is located between Arolla and Evolène in the Val d'Hérens (Valais). This hotel-bar-restaurant is now affectionately known as 'La Gouille'. Inventive, fresh and home-made cuisine. A music bar, regular concerts and events. A new young team has taken over the management since October 2020.
