Intuitive Painting and Meditation Workshop

Objective of the workshop
To connect with our Self, our most subtle part, and then express our creative potential through intuitive painting.

Day 1

• Discovering the evolution painting of the day and corresponding meditation
• Birth of your first creation
• Sharing insights with the keys to evolution offered by other participants

Day 2

• Silent meditation with the resonances of the previous day
• Healing circle
• Energy walk
• Sharing circle
