Journées découverte de l'auto-hypnose à Arbey

Three unique initiation days in the heart of nature to experience an accessible, powerful and transformative practice.

Led by Mireille Nendaz and Katia Chevrier, these workshops invite participants to explore self-hypnosis through a gentle and immersive approach, combining inner exploration, relaxation and personal development in a peaceful natural setting.

The workshops take place on June 28, September 8 and October 3, 2026, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the snack bar of Lake Arbey in Evolène. Each workshop is independent and can be attended separately.
