Chemeuille - Arbey - Lannaz

Once you have reached the top of the téléiège de Chemeuille, enjoy the panoramic view and take a coffee break before descending towards the Lac d'Arbey via the Vernec.
You will hike between forests and pastures, and you may even come across the local breed of cows, the Hérens cows!
This downhill path will lead you to Lac d'Arbey where, on a clear day, the majestic Dent Blanche is reflected in the lake waters, which reflect it like a mirror.
Continue your descent along the small paths or the road, as you wish, and reach the small village of Lannaz, with its ISOS certified built heritage.
If you set off on foot from Evolène, a small path goes downhill before arriving in Lannaz and will save you time, while avoiding the journey along the tarmac road. Just follow the signs to Evolène and the small sloping path before the village of Lannaz.
