Chalet l'Alouette

Located on the first floor of a modern chalet, overlooking a pasture with a breathtaking view of the slopes of the Aiguilles Rouges, the Pigne d'Arolla, the Vesivis and the Pic d'Artsinol. It's the ideal place to celebrate life with a clear conscience. Whether you're on your own, a couple, a family, a group of friends or working on a sporting or artistic project, you'll be able to recharge your batteries and enjoy the calm and authenticity of this place and its surroundings. Situated at an altitude of 1700 metres, you'll have access to the great outdoors without having to take a vehicle, as there are many walks you can take from the chalet.

Chalet location :
At the top of the village of Villa, (Borza old village area), the single-storey Apartment is in a very bright and sunny chalet.

Access:
A ten-minute walk from the La Sage-Borza post bus stop. There is a pay-and-display car park in the main village square. On request, a sheltered garage space with the option of storing skis and boots is available at the bottom of the village.

Interior layout :
- a comfortable bedroom with a 160/200 bed and Tempur mattress, two bedside tables and an open storage unit with sliding doors
- a bedroom covered in tatami mats, with 2 futon mattresses measuring 120/200 cm. Ideal for children and young people or for a meditation area, yoga, etc.
- A living room with two English armchairs and a comfortable 140/200 cm sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, crockery for 8 people and cooking equipment).
- Dining area with table and chairs
- A modest bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, as well as a small washing machine.
- Entrance hall with storage units.
- An east-south facing wooden terrace with table, chairs, parasol and 2 reclining chairs.
- Electric underfloor heating.
- Games and books are available.
- Wifi will be available for your laptops. (No TV).
- Various appliances can be reserved for you on request for your fondue, raclette, pierrade, fondue bourguignonne, asparagus pot, small electric appliance for grills, girolle.

Conditions:
The flat sleeps 4 people. It can be rented from one Saturday to another during the high season (July-August, Easter week and Christmas and New Year) or for a minimum of 3 nights outside the high season. Prices negotiable for several weeks in a row.
Possibility of accommodating 2 or 3 extra people.

Pets are not allowed.
