Autumn colours and flavours

Autumn always promises a magnificent spectacle when the leafy trees and golden larch forests contrast with the peaks already covered in white.

Discover the natural and cultural heritage by taking part in this walk to discover the villages and museums of the Evolène region. They tell you about a past rich in tradition!

The brisolée :

A Valaisan tradition, it is the autumn meal par excellence. It is an opportunity to spend a pleasant moment around the Valaisan soil. The brisolée is a tribute to seasonal products.

Dates :

Every Thursday in October. You can also do this activity on another day, on request.

Meeting point at 10:00 am in front of the Evolène Tourist Office
