From spring to autumn, the guide Thierry, who lives in Arolla, will take you along and share his knowledge of the alpine fauna and flora.
You also have the opportunity to receive advice on nutrition and/or a personalised fitness programme, depending on your wishes or objectives.
Learn roping techniques, use of ice axe, crampons and safe progress.
Programme :
1st day: climb and overnight stay in the hut
2nd day: learning rope techniques
Use of ice axe, crampons and safe progress.
These guided walks are suitable for all ages, as well as for individuals, groups or families.
Max 3 persons, depending on weather and availability.
