Creative expression workshop

Express what you are! Using the language of painting, writing and images to express yourself ... as you would with words. In an intimate and intuitive way, welcoming what comes without judgement or self-criticism and forgetting any idea of perfectionism in favour of a free and liberating creativity.   

The common thread of the workshops (mourning, pain, anchoring or carelessness, etc.) is based on artistic, art therapy and creative diary ® techniques, opening the way to letting go and benevolence. A process accessible to all.

And as there is no age limit for questioning the meaning of one's life, workshops for children are also offered every Wednesday from 2 to 4 pm. Parent-child workshops are also organised on request.

All materials (acrylics, ecolines, watercolours, drawing books, canvases...) are included in the workshop fees. 
Meeting point in Evolène: Pierres de Gué workshop, chalet Beau Séjour. 
Some meetings are held outdoors when the weather is fine.

I am reconnecting with the carefree spirit

• That beautiful carefree spirit of childhood still makes us dream. And yet, it is not so far away and always within reach. Your brushes and your words will intuitively open the way to find it again. 
• You can choose to meet on 18 June, 16 July or 21 August 2021 from 7 to 10 pm at the workshop. 

Total collage, the image lab

• The collage of images, their arrangement, their diversion, the play of papers and textures is a fabulous means of exploration and expression. It is also a real journey from which one emerges surprised, fulfilled and a little bit exhausted. Intensely creative.
• You can choose to meet on 29 May, 26 June, 14 July or 28 August from 1 to 6 pm in the workshop (or outdoors/garden in fine weather)

I am a wave, no ... an ocean!   

• I am much more than this wave tossed by the currents of life, I am part of a whole. And as such, I am much more immense than what I believe, than what I am told, than what I imagine.
• Meet on 11 July or 22 August 2021 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the workshop (or outdoors/garden in fine weather)

Introduction to Creative Journaling®.

• Give yourself a creative break. The workshop opens its doors several times to take you into the incredible whirlwind of the Creative Diary®.
• You can choose to meet on 3 and/or 17 June, 8 July or 5 August 2021 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the workshop.
